Tina Silva
Founder and Executive Director
Tina Silva is a dynamic individual whose passion for fire science and entrepreneurship has shaped her unique career trajectory. Having graduated college with Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in both Fire Science and Business Entrepreneurship, she embarked on a journey that combined her love for horses and desire to make a difference.Tina's post-college endeavors led her to pursue a diverse array of roles within the equestrian world. From barn management and horse training to serving as a riding instructor and equestrian vaulting coach, Tina's expertise and dedication quickly became evident. Notably, she specialized in teaching therapeutic riding to veterans with traumatic brain injuries, utilizing the healing power of horses to make a profound impact on their lives. Alongside her equestrian pursuits, Tina pursued a parallel career in the fire service. Through hard work and perseverance, she ascended through the ranks to eventually hold the esteemed position of Lieutenant. Her commitment to supporting her peers led her to obtain a peer support certification in 2019, solidifying her role as a trusted confidant and mentor within the fire service community. Building upon her diverse skill set, Tina continued to seek professional growth in the field of equine-assisted psychotherapy. In 2022, she obtained her Equine Specialist certification through the OK Corral series, further enhancing her ability to utilize horses as partners in therapeutic healing. Driven by a deep-seated passion for horses and a desire to create a nurturing environment, Tina made the courageous decision to leave her career in the fire service and focus on the development of Devil Dog Ranch. With an unwavering commitment to the well-being of both horses and individuals, Tina Silva is a compassionate advocate for connection, healing, and personal growth.
Randall Silva
Assistant Executive Director
Randall Silva is a dedicated individual with a background as a US Marine Corp veteran. He is the proud owner of Devil Dog Contracting, where his hard work and commitment shine through in every project. Randall is known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard. In addition to his work, Randall finds joy in helping others through various programs and initiatives. His passion for making a difference in the community is evident in his dedication to lending a hand wherever it is needed. With a heart for service and a spirit of excellence, Randall Silva is a trusted professional who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world around him.
Our Animal Team

While not all of our members are rescues, we believe that every animal deserves a loving home and a second chance at happiness.
